First listen, then design.
It starts with your requirement: a hand sketch, a facility layout, or a brief description of the task. We clarify workflows, environment, and load requirements, then design your solution in SolidWorks. This way you see your system before it’s built and can review changes at your own pace.
Sawn, machined, assembled: in our own production facility.
After planning, our own production takes over: we saw, drill, and machine your profiles on our own equipment and inspect every part before delivery. During installation, you decide how much support you need: from a kit for self-assembly to pre-assembled modules to a completely installed system.
Millimeter-Precise Cutting
On our automatic saws, we cut your profiles exactly to fixed length: square, clean, and burr-free, ready for immediate further processing.
Precise Core Hole Drilling
For stable end connections, we position core hole drilling precisely and centered in the profile chambers.
Precise Thread Cutting
We cut the appropriate threads directly into the profile ends: during assembly, the connecting elements engage immediately.
Exact Milling & Notches
Recesses, openings, or notches for special corner connections: our CNC machining center executes even demanding geometries exactly according to drawing.

Nearly all catalog items are stored in our 3,000-square-meter warehouse. What you order typically ships immediately. Depending on size and urgency, we select the appropriate method: from parcel service to freight to direct delivery.

Yes. The product lines are nearly identical and compatible. You expand your existing system without rebuilding.

Nearly all catalog items are available from stock and delivered by parcel within Germany in under 48 hours. When urgent, your delivery arrives via direct delivery.
Can systems also be delivered fully assembled?
Yes. You choose between a kit for self-assembly, pre-assembled modules, and a completely assembled system, installed at your location.
