Our connection technology
Every design is only as strong as its connections. We supply connection technology for both series: 40 (I) with slots 5, 6 and 8, and 45 (B) with slots 6, 8 and 10. You can obtain angles, T-slot nuts, screws and connectors individually or as a set with fastening material. And if you wish, we will clarify in advance what suits your application based on your drawing.

Angles
Angles for all profile sizes: in various versions and, on request, with the matching fastening set.
T-slot nuts
T-slot nuts and rhombus nuts for all common profile sizes—flexible to use and can also be positioned retrospectively.
Screws
Screws for slot and profile assembly in common thread sizes, plus the matching fastening sets.
Connectors
Thread-in and form connectors as complete sets for direct installation, plus bolt connectors, quick-clamp connectors and profile connectors.
Load capacity & pull-out resistance with and without profile machining
The slot is the backbone of every profile structure: angles, T-slot nuts and thread-in connectors transmit their forces via a positive-locking connection through the slot, while the profile itself remains unmachined. Where a connection needs more hold, bolt or thread-in connectors are used, which engage in the profile core. You do not have to create the required hole or thread yourself. On request, our production supplies profiles fully machined, with core hole drilling, threads and milling to your drawing. This means every part arrives ready for installation, and assembly requires no in-house machining.

Bolted instead of welded: loosen, modify, reuse.
A welded structure is permanent; a bolted one remains adaptable. Connections made from angles, T-slot nuts and connectors can be loosened and repositioned without damaging profiles or components. Your system can grow with you: a frame is extended, another level is added, a workstation is relocated—and the existing material remains in use. You can simply add missing parts from the current range. This keeps your modular system an investment that already plans for the next modification.
