Your task, our modular system.

Workstations, conveyor technology, operational equipment: We plan, design, manufacture and assemble systems that adapt to your production.

Your system is built from standard components.

All our systems are built from the same standard components that you can also order individually from us: expandable, reconfigurable and fully I/B-compatible. The difference is the path to get there. We first understand your task, design the solution and build it: year after year, this creates a wide range of projects, from a single workstation to a complete production environment. You do not get an off-the-shelf product, but a system that adapts to your manufacturing—not the other way around.

Material Flow & Intralogistics

Move. Transport. Supply.
Every metre a part travels costs time. We plan the route from goods receiving to the workstation and build the technology for it: conveying, provisioning, storage.

Production & Manufacturing

Creating productive environments.
From a single assembly station to a linked line: We build the environment in which manufacturing takes place and set it up so it can be adapted as your output changes.

Automation & Robotics

The bridge between people, processes and machines.
A robot rarely comes alone: it needs feeding, pick-up, guarding and a place where people can work alongside it. That is exactly what we design and build—using the same modular system that can later be reconfigured.

Frame construction technology

The foundation everything else stands on.
Machine frames, workbenches, test fixtures and plant frames: designed for the load they carry and the space they occupy in your facility.

Ergonomic Workstation Systems

People are at the centre.
A workstation used for eight hours a day must be planned differently than a storage surface: correct height, short reach distances, good lighting. We build it to suit the task and the person.

Room systems

Design and expand spaces.
The building is finished, but requirements still change: an office in the middle of production, a second level above the storage area, a safe walkway over the line. We build it in—without any masonry work.

Machine safety & guarding systems

Safe working environments.
Protective devices are only used consistently if they do not hinder the work. We build enclosures, fences and access points so that maintenance and loading still work.

Response & rescue systems

Modular solutions for people who help, rescue and protect.
In the field, every move has to be right. We build equipment and deployment carts as well as storage systems in which every device has its fixed place.

System solutions made from aluminium profiles: efficiency and ergonomics for your production.

Aluminium profiles are lightweight, stable and can be expanded as needed. For industry and machinery and plant engineering, ask develops complete solutions from them: from material flow and ergonomic workstations to the mechanics around automation, as well as guarding systems and room solutions. All systems are based on standard profiles from series 40 (I) and 45 (B) and are therefore I/B-compatible. Existing systems can be expanded instead of replaced.

Assembly is carried out entirely without complex welding: the modular system’s connection technology makes every design detachable, adaptable and reusable. If your manufacturing changes, the system changes with it: a workstation becomes a line, a roller conveyor gets a lift station, a frame gets an enclosure. Planning and design are done in-house at ask, manufacturing on our own machines, assembly by our own fitters: responsibility for your system remains with one partner from approval through commissioning.

Your path to a turnkey solution.

From the first enquiry to the system in operation: four steps, one point of contact.

Step 1

Consultation & concept

We gain a precise understanding of your requirements—preferably on site at your premises—and develop a concept with a clear quotation.

Step 2

3D CAD design

Your system is first created in 3D CAD: you see the model, and changes can be incorporated as long as nothing has been cut.

Step 3

Precision manufacturing
& assembly

Cut, machined and pre-assembled in our own production: your system arrives as assemblies, not as a pile of parts.

Step 4

On-site
commissioning

We assemble on site until everything is running. And we remain available if you want to expand or reconfigure later.

ESD? We factor it in from the start.

People, materials and work equipment build up electrostatic charge. If a discharge occurs, sensitive electronic components can be damaged—often without the damage being immediately visible.

That is why we consider ESD as early as the planning stage. To do so, we draw on a comprehensive range of ESD protection products and develop a solution precisely tailored to your production conditions. Whether individual components or the complete design: of course, we measure whether the required discharge values are achieved. And so that you have documented proof of ESD protection, the ESD test report is included as well.

Planning and testing are one thing; implementation is another. That is why you receive your ESD solution in the way that suits you best: as a prepared kit for self-assembly or fully assembled.
