Why dimensional accuracy determines assembly time.
Aluminum is lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant. However, the effort required for assembly is determined by dimensional accuracy: if a T-nut fastener jams or a connection is not aligned, assembly stops. That is why we carry out cutting and processing in-house, on three high-performance aluminum saws, in two drilling centers, and in the CNC machining center, integrated into a quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Special requests are not an exception but an everyday occurrence: you receive your profiles in the condition in which they will be installed.
