What surrounds the robot is what matters.

Feeding, carrying, positioning, enclosing: We build the mechanics that turn a machine into a functioning work process.

Your cell, built from standard components.

Automation rarely fails because of the robot. It fails because parts don’t arrive cleanly, the workpiece carrier doesn’t fit, the cell doesn’t fit in the facility, or the operator has no reasonable workspace. That’s the part we handle: We design the mechanics around your automation, manufacture them in-house, and install them at your facility.

We use the same profile system as for every other system. Here, that’s more than a material choice: Automation changes faster than the facility it occupies. A robot gets replaced, a component grows larger, a cycle time changes. Because we bolt rather than weld, your cell remains modular and can be reconfigured instead of replaced.

The Four Building Blocks

Feed Systems

Roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and dual-belt conveyors for workpiece carriers, plus lift stations, pivot mechanisms, and workpiece carrier centering: The workpiece arrives where the system expects it, in the position it can grasp.

Automation Cells

Base frame, cladding, enclosure, and access points for maintenance and loading: We design the cell around your system, rather than forcing your system into a standard cell. We plan the safety function together with our Machine Safety Protection Systems division.

Cobot Workstations

Even where humans and robots work together, the requirements of a good workstation come first: accessible, at the right height, well-lit, height-adjustable on request, and ESD-compliant. We build it so the cobot can be added without displacing the operator.

Robotics Components

Mounts, adapters, frames, and brackets for robots and peripherals: the components missing from the robot manufacturer’s catalog because they only fit your application.

What we do and what we don't.

We don’t build robots, controls, or sensors. We develop the solutions in between: They support, feed, carry workpieces, and connect the system to the process and the people who operate it. We supply sensors, drives, position switches, and maintenance units from our product partners’ range, so you don’t have to source peripherals separately.

Outlook

Robots are moving closer to humans. First behind the fence, then as cobots at the same table, and in the future as humanoid systems that follow the same paths as employees. The closer they come, the more they need environments that are right for people: accessible heights, clear pathways, clear handoffs. We’ve been building ergonomic workstations for years. We believe that this exact experience is what will be needed in the coming years.
